How Does It Work? Call (408) 842-2899 to schedule a consultation or echocardiogram at your hospital. If possible, patient drop-offs are preferable for timely examinations. Clients are always welcome to be present. The patient will be examined and a diagnosis and plan will be formulated. Results will be discussed with the primary veterinarian and client (at your request) and a preliminary written report will be left with the primary veterinarian. A final report, including copies of pertinent studies, will be mailed to the primary veterinarian within 48 hours. Call (408) 842-2899 at anytime to further discuss the case with Dr. Kienle. All follow-up telephone consultations are included in the initial fees. Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary. Follow-up exams and echos within 6 months are charged at a reduced rate.
